Mocktail Mixology

This class focuses on building balanced, zero-proof drinks using tea, botanicals, fresh citrus, and natural sweetness. Guests will learn how to create complex flavors without alcohol while understanding balance, texture, and presentation.

In this workshop you will learn to make: 

Matcha Maker – Matcha powder, freshly squeezed lemon juice, soda water

Strawberry Thyme Cooler – Muddled strawberries, fresh thyme sprigs, freshly squeezed lemon juice

Jasmine Coconut Milk Tea – House-brewed pearl jasmine tea, condensed milk, coconut milk, cinnamon syrup

Hibiscus Limeade – Hibiscus, coconut water, freshly squeezed lime juice, edible candied hibiscus flower
